This was designed as a postcard of my happy place, Brushy Creek in Round Rock, TX. My role was to create, illustrate, and lay out the front and back of the postcard. After creating my first draft, I waited several months to come back to this project and in that time I had taught myself how to use the pen tool which is what the final draft was created with. This work is an example of how drastic my design can change over a few months and revisiting with fresh eyes.
