This project was to teach myself a new skill by designing something I was passionate about for 30 minutes per day for 30 days. I chose to advance my ability to use the pen tool in Adobe Illustrator by taking items I found throughout my day and recreating them. My roles in the project were researching, illustrating, text and image layout, and copywriting. This project taught me to take notice and observe everything around me and its design. This has been one of my favorite projects to work on because I got to see how much my work changed once I got more comfortable with the tool and it was really a project fueled by my passion.
